I have loved my time here even though it has been nothing quite like I expected. My freshman year was sent home halfway through and my second year was virtual. The College of Education and Human Development they have been so helpful and resourceful during all the changes. The advisors are caring and offered tons of extra resources in person and online.
Be aware of your housing in relation to classes. Picking a more central dorm will help you out a ton.
The classes are small enough that you will have multiple classes with the same people, which I found to be a good thing. The professors genuinely care for the students and keep their mental health in mind at all times.
The only complaint that I had would be how small some of the dorms are.
It felt safe and has a small-town vibe.
I wanted to experience a division one campus but still wanted to meet people and see them around on campus. The campus is a perfect size!
Some of the food is not good but there are other places on campus and they have to feed a lot of people.
The entire campus felt like home.
Not enough commuter parking.
