I have had a wonderful experience at AU so far. The smaller campus gives students the opportunity to interact more with professors and the faculty genuinely cares about the students. The student activities department is amazing so there are always activities and events going on around campus for students to participate in if they want to. Anderson has helped me grow as a student, teammate, Christian, and woman. Could not recommend it more.
Anderson University is advertised as a Christian University, but that is not just a title they have slapped on their school. From professors to coaches, to faculty, AU has Christ-centered leaders that stand by their faith and reflect that in their vocation. As a Christian, this has been a wonderful experience for me. I was surprised coming in as a freshman to see that this school really stood by its faith and continues to show it every chance they get.
I love how everyone is so welcoming and kind. The professors truly care about you and want you to succeed. There are always events going on to engage students and it is so much fun!
Signing up for housing is a mess and you probably won’t get the building you want but none of the dorms are terrible.
