Video games and the special effects of superhero movies are what began my interest in visual effects. I was fascinated by the stunning visual that appeared so life-like to the human eye. I strive to utilize my Animation major to create eye-catching visuals for the entertainment industry. My work may involve working on movie sets, television production teams, video game development teams, and even creating my own business. Not only do I have a major, but I am also minoring in Chinese. Chinese the world’s most spoken language which ultimately makes room for international business. By combining my major and minor, I am able to search for business opportunities abroad rather than staying in the nation. My future is only full of ambition and determination. I plan to complete my major in the United States and gain experience working for an indie company and massive company. This will give me a sense of working in a team to create visual entertainment, as well as tackling on different workloads. Once I am comfortable working in the United States, I envision applying what I learned in other countries. There are opportunities for visual creators abroad, not just in the United States. If I find a decent job opportunity overseas, I will take it. The top foreign countries that interest me are China, South Korea, and Japan. These countries are well known for their innovative technological advances. By combining my knowledge of visual creation and the technology of these countries, I am able to create visual entertainment for a global market. I believe myself to be a great candidate, as I will be able to represent the potential of Americans working abroad. I am not afraid to take risks. The whole world is my working station.
